PURPOSE:To obtain an active acoustic reflecting device capable of controlling an acoustic effect efficiently and omitting the changes of construction specifications or a system and various system working by forming microphone, a microphone amplifier, an acoustic processor having a delay circuit for delaying an acoustic signal detected by the microphone and outputting the signal, a power amplifier, and a speaker in a cabinet. CONSTITUTION:The cabinet 1 consists of an upper speaker box 10 and a lower storage part 11 and is formed thin so as to be hung on a wall. The speaker 7 is fixed to the speaker box 10 and the microphone amplifier 3, a power supply device 4, the acoustic processor 5, and the power amplifier 6 are stored in the storage part 11. The microphone 2 is arranged on the center part in the height direction of the storage part so as to be apart from the speaker 7 and positioned on the back side from the front surface of the speaker 7 to prevent hawling and to absorb sound on the front side of the storage part 11. The acoustic processor 5 includes a sound quality adjusting circuit, a delay circuit and a reverberation generating circuit.
