Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled polymer crosslinkable without using a vulcanizing agent, capable of easily getting out of the crosslinked state by heating at a high temperature and stable to repeated melting, molding and crosslinking operations, by carrying out random copolymerization of a constituent unit having cyclopentadienyl group, etc., to a base monomer unit. CONSTITUTION:(A) A 1-10C straight or branched chain alcoholate or a straight or branched chain fluoroalcoholate, etc., of formula I (m is 1-4; M is Na, etc.; Q is H or F) is dissolved in a solvent (e.g. tetrahydrofuran). (B) A dichlorophosphazene polymer having a polymerization degree of 10-50,000 and produced by the thermal polymerization of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene which is trimer of dichlorophosphazene is added dropwise to the solution of the component A and made to react with each other at 0-150 deg.C, e.g. under agitation to obtain the objective polymer containing 0-4mol% unit of formula II (G is cyclopentadienyl, etc.), 1.98-32mol% unit of formula III (J is residue of the component A) and 64-98mol% unit of formula IV.
