Summary: | PURPOSE:To perform deaeration by dispersing air bubbles swiftly along with sufficient kneading of slurry, by a method wherein a spiral thread part is provided on a screw shaft and a recessed part is formed on the external circumferential surface of the thread part. CONSTITUTION:Slurry supplied within an extrusion cylinder 10 is kneaded by a screw 14. In this instance, shearing force at a screw 14 surface increases as a groove 34a is formed on a thread part 34 of the screw 14, therefore, the slurry is kneaded sufficiently by the screw 14 without generating a sliding phenomenon. In consequence of the above, as air bubbles in the slurry are squeezed out of the slurry by rubbing and kneading and a back pressure flow becomes higher according to an increase in the foregoing shearing force along with uniform mixing of the slurry, the air bubbles squeezed out of the slurry by rubbing and kneading and collected at the upper part of the groove of the screw 14 moved to the opposite direction to a flowing direction of cement slurry according to a rotation of the screw 14 and deaerated by dispersing between a base end of an extrusion cylinder 10 and sprocket 15. |
