Summary:PURPOSE:To carry out the distribution of a cool air or a warm air to each of vehicle ceiling ducts simply and equally by providing plural room side fans for distributing a cool air or a warm air to each of said vehicle ceiling ducts, opposite to said plural vehicle ceiling ducts respectively. CONSTITUTION:A cool air or a warm air which is heat exchanged with the room side heat exchangers 6a, 6b of an air conditioning unit 11 which is provided on the roof of a vehicle, is discharged into a vehicle room through plural vehicle ceiling ducts 18-21, to carry out air conditioning in the vehicle room. In this structure, room side fans 26, 27 and 29, 30 are provided opposite to the upper openings of the vehicle ceiling ducts 18-21 respectively, and each pair of these room side fans are connected to each of driving devices 28, 31. And, a cool air or a warm air which is heat exchanged with room side heat exchangers 6a, 6b is divided in four by means of the room side fans 26, 27 and 29, 30, to be discharged out into the vehicle ceiling ducts 18-21 through discharge ports 32-35, respectively.
