CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution agent obtained by adding 0.05-2wt/vol% compound expressed by the formula (R is 1-6C alkyl), e.g. 2-amino-7-isopropyl-5- oxo-5-[H]-benzopyrano-[2,3-b]-pyr-idine-3-carboxylic acid, etc., 0.2-20wt/vol% polyvinylpyrrolidone (25,000-120,000 average molecular weight), 0.2-5wt/vol% cyclodextrin and 0.1-2wt/vol% caffeine as a dissolution adjuvant to water. The solution agent used as nasal drip, eye drip liniment, inhalation, injection, etc. Although the above-mentioned solution agent is stable at 5-8pH, the administration to noses or eyes, etc., is preferably carried out at 7.2-7.8pH.
