Summary:PURPOSE:To avoid the formation of a hard cake during long-term preservation, by forming an aqueous dispersion stabilizer using a water-soluble salt of a graft copolymer of starch, cellulose or a mixture thereof, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble salt of a graft copolymer of starch, cellulose or a mixture thereof and acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or a mixture thereof is used as an effective component to prepare an aqueous dispersion stabilizer for a fine powder. The ratio of a main polymer composed of starch, cellulose or a mixture thereof and acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or a mixture thereof used in the graft copolymer is pref. set so that acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or the mixture thereof is 10-2,000pts.wt. of 100pts. of the main polymer. This dispersion stabilizer is pref. used in a ratio of 0.01-10wt% of the total system (fine power + water).
