Summary:PURPOSE:To secure a strobe projection range, a finder visual field range, etc., sufficiently, improve operativity, and to make a camera compact by swinging a shutter frame toward the camera body when it abuts on an upper cover through a roller and thus evading the interference between the shutter frame and upper cover. CONSTITUTION:Pushing pressure from the upper cover 26 operates through the roller 62 provided to the upper part of the shutter frame 22 and then the shutter frame 22 swings to move away in a storage direction, i.e. (y) direction. Namely, a link 50 is in a lateral turned state in the middle of the storage, the long hole 52 of the link 50 face nearly sidewise and has a sufficient margin so that an engaging shaft 54 slide backward, i.e. toward a rotating body 20. Therefore, when strong backward pushing force operates from the upper cover 26 upon the upper part of the shutter frame 22 through the roller 62, moving- away operation by swinging operation around the support shaft 42 of the shutter frame 22 is allowed and the smoothness of storing operation by the pushing operation of the upper cover 26 is not impeded at all.
