Summary:PURPOSE:To change the moving speeds or moving forces of a valve body as required by exerting drive forces of an electrical actuator on the point of action of a swing lever. CONSTITUTION:In a valve 13 is formed an insertion hole 34 in the direction perpendicular to the axial line of the valve. A heavy point or a large-diametered part 36 of a swing lever 35 is inserted into the insertion hole 34. A tip 38 of the swing lever 35, capable of rotating about a fulcrum or a support pin 37, is located between electrical actuators or solenoids x and y. By controlling electric current to the solenoids according to the driving conditions of a vehicle, the swing lever 35 is swung in response to electric signals and the valve body b is switched accordingly.
