Summary: | PURPOSE:To easily set a desired number of multiple by multiplying a frequency signal supplied from other input of transistors (TR) connected as a differential pair according to the characteristic decided by the current being sum of reference currents. CONSTITUTION:Many differential pairs are constituted with TRs Q11-Qn and collectors of the TRs Q11-Qn are connected in common to load resistors R11, R12. As to a constant current circuit CS, the circuit connected by resistors Re1-Rer has the same current, but the current of constant current circuits CS11, CS12, for example, is different. Then the current IA flowing to the resistor R11 is the sum between the currents flowing to each TR at the supply side of an input signal Vin and the supply side of a reference voltage Vref1. Thus, in supplying the signal Vin, an output signal Vout multiplied by N times is obtained and a desired number of multiplication is easily set by adjusting the number of the differential pairs. |
