Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate the storage, launching and storing of a small boat, by forming a ballast tank in a lower hull, and by forming a small boat storage hangar having a locking device in an upper hull. CONSTITUTION:A semi-submerged catamaran A is mounted therein with a submarine boat 6, and ballast is adjusted to set the water line (l) to be positioned in a strut 3 section. The catamaran A is sailed to its destination in the above-mentioned condition. At this time the submarine boat 6 is secured to a second locking device 9. After reaching the destination, the second locking device 9 is previously released while the submarine boat is locked by a first locking device 7, and then water is filled into a ballast tank 4 to set the water line (l) to the position (l'). Thus, the submarine boat 6 floats on the water surface. Thereafter, a shut-off door 10 is opened to lead out the submarine boat 6 from a hangar 6. Of course, the submarine boat 6 may be stored in the hanger 5 in the reverse order.
