Summary:PURPOSE:A hygienically nontoxic emulsion composition, consisting of a mixture of a polydimethylsiloxane with the powdery silica and water, specific emulsifying agent mixture and water and having improved dispersibility in water, dilution, preservation and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion composition obtained by incorporating (A) a mixture consisting of a polydimethylsiloxane and 0.5-20wt%, based on the weight thereof, fine powdery silica with (B) an emulsifying agent mixture consisting of (i) 10-70wt% polyglycerol ester of a fatty acid expressed by the formula (at least one or more of R -R are >=8C, preferably 12-20C fatty acid residue and the rest are H; n is 0-20, preferably 3-8), (ii) 10-70wt% sorbitan ester of a fatty acid, (iii) 0-50wt% glycerol ester of a fatty acid and (C) water while stirring. The amounts of the components are as follows; 100pts.wt. component (A), 1-50pts.wt. component (B) and 30-600pts.wt. component (C).
