PREPARATION:The objective recombinant can be prepared by the steps comprising the design of gene, chemical synthesis of gene, integration of the gene into a proper expression vector, transformation of a proper host with the obtained recombinant plasmid, and the production and recovery of human lysozyme by the cultivation of the transformation.
