Summary:PURPOSE:To recover effectively only hydrogen by layering an air-permeable resinous membrane on both sides of the porous plate of a molded body consisting of alloy powder having a hydrogen-occluding characteristic in the title permeable material for recovering hydrogen from a purge gas from an ammoniaplast, etc. CONSTITUTION:The granular powder of a hydrogen-occluding alloy consisting of Mn, Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, etc. and having 200-900mesh is compression-molded in the form of a thin layer having 3-10mm thickness, and sintered to obtain a porous molded body 1. An air-permeable resinous membrane 2, consisting of a fluororesin having >=25% void volume and capable of collecting effectively fine particles having <=mum order size, is layered on both sides of the porous molded body 1.
