Summary:PURPOSE:To save energy, by providing a temperature detector for stopping a burner by detecting the temperature at a hot part of water in a hot water supplyer. CONSTITUTION:The temperature detector 10 is installed for stopping the burner 4 by detecting the temperature at the hot part (H) of water in the hot water supplyer 2. Thus, when little hot water is required, a manual switch 20 is switched on to output a ''1'' signal to a nor circuit 22. The ''1'' signal is inverted at an inverter 23 to become a ''0'' signal, so that an electric current is passed through a relay 14 to cause a normally opened contact 14a to be switched on, and therefore the burner 4 starts its burning operation. When the hot part (H) of water has reached 45 deg.C, the temperature detector 10 operates to turn off a bimetal contact 10a, the input signal for the nor circuit 22 becomes ''1'', the relay 14 becomes inactive to turn the normally opened contact 14a off, and the burning operation of the burner 4 is stopped.
