Summary:PURPOSE:To control power of a compressor and regulate air conditioning ability by controlling flow rate of liquid pressure fluid supplied to a hydraulic motor by means of a flow rate regulating valve and adjusting revolutional speed of the hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION:When the solenoid clutch of a pulley 14 is turned on, refrigerant which is pressurized and compressed by a compressor 5 passes through an outdoor heat-exchanger 6 and a receiver 8 inside an outdoor unit B, circulates in both a pressure reduction device, that is, an expansion valve 1 and an interior heat-exchanger 2 inside an interior unit A, and is finally returned to the compressor 5. Inside the interior heat-exchanger 2, an interior fan 3 forces air to pass through the heat-exchanger and, at this time, cools the air. Resultant cool air is then supplied into a driver's room. If temperature of cool air is regulated, a driver operates the regulating part 12 of a flow rate regulation valve 11 to regulate flow rate of liquid pressure fluid which is to be fed to the hydraulic motor 4. Revolutional speed generated from the hydraulic motor 4 may then be regulated, whereby changing both revolutional speed of the compressor 5 and cooling capacity of the interior heat-exchanger 2 to regulate temperature of cool air.
