Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic toner with which images having stable image quality are obtainable even after many sheets of copying continuously for a long period by mixing uniformly the magnetic powder treated with a titanate coupling agent and a binder. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic powder treated with the titanate coupling agent consisting of monoalkoxy type titanate such as isopropyl triiosostearoyl titanate, oxy acetic acid-contg. chelate type titanate such as dicumyl phenyloxy acetate titanate, chelate type titanate having a residual ethylene glycol group, or hydrolysis-resistant titanate added with phosphite to tetraalkyl titanate is dispersed into a binder to manufacture the magnetic toner. The toner which obviates the decrease in image density and the generation of fogging owing to a decrease in transfer efficiency even under high humidity and has excellent resistance to printing is obtd. by using the above-mentioned toner.
