PURPOSE:To provide the captioned working arm device which enables efficient obtaining of a variety of tubes, equipped with a press roll part, two resin feeding parts, a chopped strand feeding part, corrosion-resistant resin feeding part, a sand preparation part, a sand feeding part and a roving feeding part in that order. CONSTITUTION:An insertable/withdrawable arm rod 20 is supported against a rotary mold 2 with the help of an operation truck 21. After this process, a press roll part 24 with an expandable/contractable external operation surface, the first resin solution feeding part 26 with a nozzle 25, the second resin solution feeding part 28 with a nozzle 27, a chopped strand feeding part 30 with a supply part 29, a corrosion-resistant resin feeding part 32 with a nozzle 31, a sand preparation part 33 with an expandable/contractable external operation surface, a sand feeding part 35 with a discharge port 34, and a roving feeding part 37 where roving 36 is prewound on the external surface of an arm rod 20, are arranged in that order on the arm rod 20 starting from the tip.
