Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the thermal fusion of a filter membrane and a support member and to eliminate the necessity for applying a liquid-tight (gas-tight) means to an inner peripheral short cylindrical connection part, by dividing a support member into three members, that is an outer peripheral short cylindrical body, an inner peripheral short cylindrical body and an intermediate doughnut shaped support. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a filter membrane 16 made of a fluorocarbon resin is heat-sealed to the lower surface of an outer peripheral short cylindrical body 11 and the inner periphery thereof is heat-sealed to the surface of the upper side notch seat part 15 of an inner peripheral short cylindrical body 14. Next, a spacer 20 is placed and an intermediate doughnut shaped support 12 is inlaid between the inside edge part of the short cylindrical body 11 and the notch seat part 15 of the short cylindrical body 14 on the filter membrane 16. Subsequently, the outer periphery of the filter membrane 16 heat-sealed to the surface of the lower side notch seat surface 15 of a new inner peripheral short cylindrical body 11 is heat-sealed to the surface of the lower side notch seat surface 15 of a new inner peripheral short cylindrical body 11 is heat-sealed to the upper surface of the previous short cylindrical body 11. The above mentioned operation is repeated to perform lamination. The stacked connection part of the inner peripheral short cylindrical body 14 is present at the intermediate position of the height H of the support 12 and forms a flow passage for allowing the liquid or gas filtered by the filter membrane 6 to reach the liquid gathering (or gas gathering) hole 17 at the center of the short cylindrical body 14.
