Summary:PURPOSE:To enhance durability, drying easiness, draughtiness and flatness/ smoothness by using a large-dia. monofilament yarn of synthetic fiber to warps and to wefts in surface and intermediate layers, and by using a thick bulky spun yarn of synthetic fiber to wefts in the rear layer. CONSTITUTION:This belt construction is conposed of a warp 20 made from a large dia. monofilament yarn in synthetic fiber, a weft in surface layer 30 and intermediate layer 40 made from a large-dia. monofilament yarn in synthetic fiber, and a weft 50 in the rear layer made from a twisted or draw-aligned yarn of thick bulky spun yarn in synthetic fiber, which are woven to form together a multiple structural texture. The warp shall have a flat cross-section, and the wefts in the surface and intermediate layers shall have a dia. twice or more as great as that of the warp, which should assure high thermal resistance, drying easiness, draughtiness and the flatness and smoothness for a corrugated cardboard sheet as product.
