Summary:PURPOSE:To adhere a work automatically to an object with high precision by pressing a work toward an object for adhering the work and feeding an adhesive from a tip end of a nozzle along the outside periphery of the surface for contacting the object with the work. CONSTITUTION:In a device for adhering an optical component, etc. to an object for adhering a work, a base plate 3 is moved downward by the action of a slide unit 2, and a work 12 is pressed by a pressing rod 14. Thereafter, a tip end of a nozzle 25a is positioned at the outside periphery of the work by the action of an air cylinder 22. Supply of an adhesive is commenced from the nozzle 25a, and the tip end of the nozzle 25a is moved along the outside periphery of the work 12 by revolving a motor 8 to continue the supply of the adhesive. By this method, the work is adhered automatically to the object with high precision and efficiency.
