Summary:PURPOSE:To generate optionally a seal impression column or the like on a slip by adding a function, which can change an aspect ratio of a graphic to a data processing system which performs a graphic processing while pointing items on a menu. CONSTITUTION:In case of generation of an ellipse having a desird size, a reference circle graphic 25 is displayed on a dislay device 6 when an operator points the position of the item indicating the display of a circle on the menu by a pen. When the item of enlargement is pointed out, an enlarged circle graphic 26 is displayed. When the item of compression based on a transverse direction on the menu is pointed out, an ellipse graphic 20 is displayed. Former graphics disappear and latter graphics remain according as graphic patterns are edited, and the finally obtained graphic pattern is outputted as a graphic 21 on the slip 18 by a form output mechanism 19.
