PURPOSE:The titled dispersion, containing a polymer of a compound having a perfluoroalkyl group, (meth)acrylic acid group, etc. and polymer of a hydrocarbon based compound having a glass transition point within a specific range and capable of giving good slip resistance to woven fabrics. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous dispersion containing a (co)polymer of (A) a polymerizable compound having a perfluoroalkyl group or perfluoroalkenyl group and (meth)acrylic acid group, e.g. CF3(CF2)7(CH2)OCOCH=CH2, or a copolymer thereof with another polymerizable compound and (B) a (co)polymer of a hydrocarbon based polymerizable compound, e.g. alkyl (meth)acrylate, preferably 1-20C alkyl, and having >=50 deg.C glass transition point. In general, the dispersion is obtained by incorporating emulsions of the polymers (A) and (B) prepared by emulsion polymerizing respectively the polymers (A) and (B) and adding, as necessary, water and a surfactant thereto.
