Summary:PURPOSE:To manufacture a vent filter for the molding by coating a sensitive liquid on a metallic sheet, and after exposing to a light at a prescribed pattern and removing the sensitive liquid not required for printing, by performing a corrosion perforation on the metallic sheet according to the pattern. CONSTITUTION:After the surface of a stainless steel sheet 4 is degreasing and cleaned, the sensitive liquid is coated. Using a pattern forming through holes such as a slit etc. and being photo-printed with a mercury light etc. as a light source, and a part irradiated by the light source is dissolved in water and cleaned by water for removal. Subsequently, the part irradiated with the light of the mercury light is perforated by the etching, a perforated sheet 2A with a pattern of through holes 3 is formed. The sheet 2A is punched out by the press in a circular disc form after the sensitive liquid is cleaned and removed to make a perforated sheet 2 of a circular disc form, and by connecting it to a cylinder 1 a vent plug provided with a vent filter for the molding is manufactured.
