Summary: | PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in the degree of impregnation of resin between coils of a flyback transformer (FBT) by a method wherein the material having prescribed range of average grain diameter and mixed by reducing fine grains is used as the aluminum hydroxide powder to be mixed in an epoxy casting resin composition. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum hydroxide powder to be used for manufacture of the title transformer should have the average grain diameter of 8-12mum and the cumulative percentage by weight of the powder having grain diameter of 3mum or less set at 5% or below. On the other hand, the compounding quantity of the aluminum hydroxide powder for 100 part weight of epoxy compound is 50-220 weight part. The flyback transformer is manufactured out of the above-mentioned casting resin composition. As a result, the degree of resin impregnation between the coils of the FBT can be improved. |
