PURPOSE:To effectively handle proper cards of a company through simplified operation, and to reduce input errors in mode discrimination, etc., by discriminating the kind of a transaction mode in card readout data, and thus performing automatic control corresponding readout data in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:Readout data from a card reader 1 and input information from a keyboard 2 are applied to an accounts memory 8 through the 1st OR circuit 6, and also discriminated by the 1st and 2nd deciding circuits 3 and 4, whose outputs are applied to a transaction mode part 9 through the 2nd OR circuit 7. In addition, the outputs of the circuit 7, memory 8, and keyboard 2 are applied to the initial control part 12 of a main control part 11. Further, the output of the mode part 9 is applied to a main memory 15 stored with various data and a mode memory 10, whose output controls the program processing control part 14 of the control part 11. The output of the control part 14 controls the mode part 9 and control part 12 to control the memory automatically corresponding to readout data in a specific state. Thus, the operation of the device is facilitated to reduce erroneous input.
