Summary: | PURPOSE:To join steel sheets to each other with excellent quality and to prevent discoloration from being caused, by solidifying a heat-hardening adhesive applied to the space between coated steel sheets electrically insulated from each other by high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:An upper steel sheet 1 and a lower steel sheet 3 are electrically insulated from each other by coating films 2, 4 and separating the uncoaded ends of the steel sheets 1, 3 from each other at a distance of 2mm or above. A heat-hardening adhesive 5 is applied to the space. between the steel sheets 1, 3 and solidified by using a high-frequency induction heating coil 6 to join the steel sheets 1, 3 to each other. |
