Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. which has excellent moldability and mechanical strength and gives pellets having good moldability with high productivity, by blending a polyamide resin, a metallic powder, a potassium titanate fiber, a modified polyolefin and a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 1-10pts.wt. potassium titanate fiber, 1-10pts.wt. modified polyolefin and 0.1-1.0pts.wt. lubricant with 100pts.wt. of the combined quantity of 50-5pts.wt. polyamide resin and 50-95pts.wt. zinc powder and/or metallic powder or metal oxide powder having a surface coated with zinc. Examples of the metallic powders or the metallic compd. powders whose surfaces are to be coated with zinc are iron, iron oxide, copper and lead oxide. Preferred examples of the modified polyolefins are those obtd. by modifying polyolefin with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, or by chemically modifying polyolefin with a liquid rubber and an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative.
