Summary: | PURPOSE:To secure the safety of the body to be controlled by providing a low voltage detector circuit part which detects a lowering in current and voltage and outputs a switching signal, and a switching circuit which switches a specific one in the first control signal group to a fail-safe control signal by the said switching signal outputted. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage EB of a power supply source 29 lowers down to a reference voltage RF due to consumption etc. of the source 29 as shown in the part after the time t2 in the figure (e), a comparator CM1 of the low voltage detector circuit 28 turns to '0' and a comparator CM2 '1' as shown in the figure (f) and (g). Accordingly, the on/off state of analog switches AS1 and AS2 also turn. That means that the switch SA2 selectively turns on, and therefore, the output of the switching circuit 27 becomes the control signal set beforehand by an input control part 20 as shown in the figure (d), which is outputted to the output terminal as shown in the figure (h). Consequently, the revolution of the engine is stopped or fixed at the minimum revolution. |
