Summary:PURPOSE:To conduct heat treatment operation for recovering deterioration without removing module elements from a main body section by arranging a transparent resistor, through which beams can be transmitted and which can generate heat through a conduction, to a module-surface protective member. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resistor 6, through which beams can be transmitted and which can generate heat through a conduction, is disposed to a module- surface protective member 1 having high optical transmission and high mechanical strength through reinforcing treatment. Consequently, when the resistance value and optimum pattern of the transparent resistor 6 are set, the conduction power of a module element as an object for regeneration heat treatment is controlled by using the surface temperature of the module element as a function, thus heating and heat-treating a substrate at an optimum temperature. Accordingly, heat treatment operation for recovering the deterioration of photoelectric conversion efficiency by optical irradiation in the module elements can be conducted without removing the module elements from a main body section.
