Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the safety of plant operation by automating the comparison and display of load detection, operation, and set point before and afer core components are removed by a gripper. CONSTITUTION:The load detectors 22A and 22B detect gripper load and send its signal to the adder 2. It actuates the relay contacts 33 and 37 and is stored in the potentiometer 36. Then it actuates the contacts 37 and 40. The signal stored in the potentiometer 36 is operated and enters the load setting device 41 through the servomotor 33 and the potentiometer 39. When its operation value exceeds the set point, gripper removal can automatically and accurately be determined by lighting up the display lamp 42.
