Summary:PURPOSE:To determine the outer form for its stabilization with a metallic mold and diminish scattering of characteristics by molding with exterior molding resin so as to cover the central part of a conductor. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic oxide and thermosetting resin are mixed to form a molded resin body 1 inside which a conductor section 2 having two conductor sections 3 led out that serve as terminals for external connection is provided. The entire body is fabricated by sealing a conductor rod with a mold prepared by transfer molding or injection molding in such a manner that the terminals for external connection are drawn out from the two ends of the body 1, the shape of which is not limited to a cylinder but is allowed to be a prism. In addition, a free selection of magnetic oxide and thermosetting resin is allowable depending on required characteristics and reliability to make high frequency inductors to be used for a wide use.
