Summary:PURPOSE:To produce effects on improving for low noise, improvement of draft performance, economical saving and simplification of structure by a method wherein a heat exchanging equipment is separately provided at an outlet unit of a casing, in addition, the above equipment is separately placed from an air blower in a lower position of the above air blower. CONSTITUTION:When a cooling operation is continued for a while, a condensed water collects at a base and one portion of the water percolates in the place between a slant unit (b) and a flap unit (d) of a splash plate 5 due to a capillarity. On the other hand, in case where the air delivered from sirocco-fan 2 is passed through the upper surface of the slant unit (b) of the splash plate 5, the pressure difference is generated at the upper and the lower side surface of the slant unit (b), thereby, water droplets from a slit (c) are discretely dispersed. These water droplets are suspended by the delivered air and splashed toward direction of a condenser 1, which are formed into a thin water film almost uniform by the micro-water droplets spreading over the whole surfaces. By evaporation of these water droplets film, a large amount of evaporation latent heat are deprived of refrigerants becoming a higher temperature in the condenser 1, therefore, a radiating performance of the condenser 1 has been improved.
