Summary:PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled material having fine and uniform ppt.d phase and fine grain, by applying repeated plastic deformations to alloy powder, etc. having fine grain structure or amorphous structure, then heating and sintering said powder under ultrahigh pressure. CONSTITUTION:Alloy powder having fine grain structure exhibiting nonequilibrium single phase or having amorphous structure, or alloy powder having fine grain structure contg. second phase as mother phase obtd. by rapid cooling solidification from molten state, is plastically worked uniformly over whole of powders and extremely strongly by using dry type high energy ball mill, etc. In this way, said powder is deformed plastically and repeatedly to introduce many dislocations in metal structure, and accumulate them. Next, said worked metal powder is heated and sintered under >=10,000atm pressure to obtain the titled material contg. equilibrium phase pptd. finely and uniformly, and having fine grain.
