Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain an alloyed hot dip galvanized steel sheet having superior workability by forming a Zn layer by galvanization or a Zn-Ni alloy layer having a proper Ni content by electroplating on the steel sheet as an upper layer by a specified extent of deposition. CONSTITUTION:A one-side or both-side alloyed hot dip galvanized steel sheet is galvanize to form a Zn layer as an upper layer by 3-25g/m per one side, or the steel sheet is electroplated to form a Zn-Ni alloy layer contg. <=30wt% Ni as an upper layer by 3-15g/m . Since the upper layer has moderate ductility and high adhesion to the lower layer, powdering is inhibited without deteriorating the corrosion resistance after painting or the weldability and an alloyed hot dip galvanized steel sheet having superior workability is obtd. |
