Summary:PURPOSE:To make a marine floating body separatable from the shore automatically as well as to facilitate the mooring operation ever so easy, by installing a guide vane in the marine floating body, while letting a water stream work on this guide vane. CONSTITUTION:A generating set 4 is constituted of a generator 6 and a pair of hydraulic turbines 7 and 7. And, this generating set 4 is provided with a float 8, serving as a marine floating body. The float 8 consists of a support pipe 19 being projectingly installed to the upstream side of a river or the like from the generator 6 and a float body 20. A rectilinear vane 24 along the surface of the water is installed in the float body 20. Each of guide vanes 6 and 6 being tilted in the reverse direction to the water stream is installed in vertical directions of this rectilinear vane 24. The float body 20 is rotatably locked to the support pipe 19. And, when it is moored, it should be attached to the side apart from the shore so as to cause the guide vane 6, whose upstream side tilts, to come downside. Then, locking to a rope 9, it is made so as to flow on the surface of the water.
