Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an analog input device capable of a highly accurate measurement by separating an analog signal circuit part electrically and mechanically and making it into a unit constitution. CONSTITUTION:An input switch 2, an amplifier 3, and an A/D converter 4 comprise an analog signal circuit part A. A terminal board 1 is provided with a terminal 10, and a pin 10a is directly connected to a mother board substrate 11 to which an input switching printed circuit board 12, the amplifier 3 and a printed circuit board 13 for the A/D converter 4 are fixed so that they can be freely attached and detached each other by connectors C1-C4. A conductive cover 14 made of a metal is provided on the entire analog signal circuit part A composed of the mother board substrate 11, the input switching printed circuit board 12, the amplifier 3 and the printed circuit board 13 for the A/D converter 4. Then an electromagnetic shield is applied, and the amplifier 3 and the printed circuit board 13 for the A/D converter 4 are connected to a digital signal circuit part (electric power source circuit) D.
