PURPOSE:To enable the use of the wire rod having aluminum outer mild steel for mass production and no waste in slug layout by producing an extrusion case with a series of punch works of a slug by working a slug. CONSTITUTION:A piece 2 is provided with cutting an Al wire rod in the necessary size and with putting it into a die 3 the indentation of cone shape is provided on the upper face of the piece with punching by a punching jig 4. It is then put into a die 5 and the piece 2' like a bead on abacus is made by the punching jig 6. The piece 2' is then put into a die 7 and deformed to the slug S being formed in a dish shape like the section 2'' by a punching jig 8. An extruded tube blank 2'' is provided with extruding this slug S by the extrusion using a die 11 and bar punch 12 and further the edge 9 turning of the tube blank 2'' is performed with putting in a die 13. A regular extrusion case 10 is thus provided.
