PURPOSE:To reduce intervals between respective each stations, and to make a plastic working machine small in size by constituting a titled carrying device so that a supporting rod provided with a handling mechanism of the carrying device can be turned to a state that it is parallel to an arm, and a state that it has been projected to both sides from the arm. CONSTITUTION:A titled carrying device is constituted of each supporting rod 36a, 36b by which each handling mechanism 12 is supported pivotally by arms A1-A5 so as to be turnable between a contained state that they are parallel to the arms A1-A5, and a projected state that they have been projected to both sides from the arms A1-A5, a holding means 37 which can hold a work W provided on both ends of the supporting rods 36a, 36b, respectively, and a driving means 38 for turning the supporting rods 36a, 36b. Accordingly, an interval between respective working station S1-S3 can be shortened by setting the supporting rods 36a, 36b to the contained state, at the time of plastic working of the work W by lower dies 31-33 and upper dies 41-43.
