Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain data for reducing the vibration levels of a rotary body in two direction by detecting the vibration levels, multiplying and integrating the detected outputs and a sine wave, dividing the integrated value by the product of the amplitude of the sine wave and a prescribed time interval and adding and averaging the divided results, and reading out the divisions of the rotary body at every passage of a prescribed value within one cycle period of the value. CONSTITUTION:The vibration levels of the rotary body 1 are converted into electric signal waves by vibration detectors 2a, 2b arranged in the direction intersecting orthogonally with each other and amplified by amplifiers 3a, 3b to control the size the size-controlled signal waves are sent to waveform multiplying integrators 5a, 5b. On the other hand, sine waves Xocos(OMEGAt+PSIx), Yo(OMEGAt+psiy) having frequency equal to the rotation of the rotary body 1 are sent form oscillators 4a, 4b to respective integrators 5a, 5b. Consequently, the integrators 5a, 5b multiply and integrate the sine wave Xocos (OMEGAt+psix)d and Yocos(OMEGAt+psiy) within the fixed time interval DELTAat of (t+DELTAt) on the basis of the signal waves outputted from the amplifiers 3a, 3b and a time (t). These integrated values are outputted to dividers 6a, 6b. On the other hand, the amplitudes Xo, Yo of the sine wave are also outputted to the dividers 6a, 6b.
