PURPOSE:To manufacture an air pressure and hydraulic pressure flow pass circuit base whose assembling period of time is short, size is minature, weight is light and accuracy is precise, by sticking lid components on the top and bottom of a passage plate having a groovelike fluid passage by applying a specific machining process to the passage plate. CONSTITUTION:After plate planning has been applied to a material made of transparent plastics, a groovelike fluid passage 02 is processed on a passage plate 01. Two sheets of lid components 03, 03' are processed also similary. After processing, remaining stress at the time of cutting processing is removed by applying annealing (80 deg.CX5hr) to the passage plate 01 and lid components 03, 03'. Then sealing is applied to a groovelike fluid passage 02 by filling the same with paraffin and sanding is applied to the surface of the passage plate 01. The lid components 03, 03' are bonded to the top and bottom of the passage plate 01 after that. A laminated material of the passage plate 01 and lid components 03, 03' which are made into one body is put into a furnace, and the paraffin in the groovelike fluid passage 02 in the passage plate 01 is removed after after-cure has been performed. The title base is obtained by painting the surface of the lids 03, 03'.
