Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the durability by employing such structure where the volume variation in the casing due to expansion/shrinkage of a diaphragm is utilized to suck/delivery fluid thereby preventing abrasion due to the fluid containing abrasive substance such as slurry. CONSTITUTION:Upon expansion/shrinkage of a large diameter diaphragm 3, a coupling board 6 will reach to the right end position of stroke and a reed switch 20 will cause function of solenoid in an exchange valve 16. Consequently, operating fluid such as compressed air is fed through an I/O port 14 into the inner chamber 8b to evacuate the inner chamber 8a to expand the small diameter diaphragm 4 while to contract the large diameter diaphragm 3 thus to move the coupling board 6 to the left. Under this state, the outer chamber 7 will increase its volume gradually to flow the fluid through the inlet 9 but to close the outlet 10. Upon reaching of the coupling board 6 to the left end of stroke, the reed switch 19 will cause to exchange the exchange valve 16 to feed the compressed air again into the first inner chamber 8a. When feeding fluid without employing abrasive portion in this manner, the durability can be improved.
