CONSTITUTION:The titled alloy steel powder consists of, by weight, 0.3-1.5% W, <=0.2% Mn and the balance Fe or 0.3-1% W, <=0.2% Mn, one or more among 0.1-0.5% Cr, 0.1-0.5% Mo and 0.1-0.3% V, and the balance Fe. The steel powder has much superior compressibility and gives high green compacting density, so a sintered material with superior wear resistance is obtd.
