Summary: | PURPOSE:To get rid of the occurrence of any oil leak by reciprocating a rod through an enclosed space defined by a cylinder, a tank and a bellows. CONSTITUTION:A rod 5 slidably passes through a holed lid 3 and has both a piston 6 stuck to the inner end thereof and a pull 7 at the external end thereof. An annular oil tank 8 is housed between a tank receiver 4a and its extension 4, is resilient and expandable. The opposed faces of a flange 4b and the pull 7 are connected to each other by a bellows 9 to define a bellows oil chamber 10, which is communicated with the oil tank 8 by the clearance between the flange 4B and the holed lid 3. Additionally, both the left and right chambers of the piston 6 are communicated with each other by a communication passage 11 made in the piston 6 and the communication passage 11 and the bellows chamber 10 are communicated with each other by an adjustment passage 16 drilled in the rod 5. Consequently, not the leisured relative proceeding and retraction movement of the rod 5 into and from the cylinder 1, but only impulsive movement will be restrained and any oil will not leak. |
