Summary: | PURPOSE:To shorten the control processing time of an action sequence by providing a means which stores the unit action needed for start decision of the action sequence including synchronization or exclusion and deciding the start of the stored unit action when an action which should receive the decision of start is checked. CONSTITUTION:An integrated controller 30 has an integrated control memory 31, and robots 11 and 14 are controlled via robot controllers 32 and 33 respectively. The memory 31 contains high-speed processing tables 200-202, and tables 200 and 201 serve as stack tables with the table 202 serving as an action NO-synchronous/exclusive step NO relation table respectively. When either one of tables 200 and 201 is set under a read mode, the other one is set under a write mode. The control part 30 decides the synchronous/exclusive start for each action of plural facilities according to the action sequences stored in tables 27-29 of the memory 31. Then unstartable actions are set under the write modes. In such a way, the start is decided only with the unit action which actually requests the decision of start. In this way, the control processing time of an action sequence is shortened. |
