Summary:PURPOSE:To perform freeze prevention control automatically by storing a memory with a table which indicates equipments turned on (to be turned on) for freeze prevention, and performing on-off control over equipments on the basis of the contents of the talbe. CONSTITUTION:When objective equipments 9 and 10 of freeze prevention sends a freeze prevention warning signal, a transmission controller slave station 4 receives it and informs a master station 3 of the warning. The master station 3 turns on a buzzer 7 and a CPU1 displays the warning on a display device 8. In this case, the CPU1 finds the equipments 9 and 10 to be turned on by the freeze prevention program in an area 23 of the memory 2, and turns on them unless they are already turned on and also writes the states in areas 20 and 22. Further, when the warning signal turns off, the buzzer 7 stops sounding. At this time, the equipment is, for example, a schedule starting/stopping equipment and not turned on after the equipment 10 should be off.
