Summary:PURPOSE:To expand a dynamic range with simple constitution without changing a dielectic strength request, by forming an output circuit of complementary transistors driven at a fixed voltage, transistors with a voltage dropping method provided to a current path, capacity elements, etc. CONSTITUTION:Random capacitor C2n of a charge transfer device such as BBD is connected to the connection point between output complementary transistors 11 and 12 and transistor 11 is connected to transistor 14 with voltage dropping diode 21 provided to a current path via a connection point connected to capacitor 15. Those transistors 11 and 12 are driven by signal phi1' in phase with clock phi1 by oscillator 13, and transistor 14 is also driven by signal phi2' in phase with clock phi2 and equal in potential to signal phi1' through oscillator 20. Futher, the simple constitution increases the signal upper limit of transistor 11 and expands the output dynamic range and a voltage drop across diode 21 nearly equalizes the dielectric strength request of transistor 14 to that of BBD.
