CONSTITUTION:Two or more ventilation holes 11 are formed to the upper lid 14 of the combing roller 4. The ventilation holes 11 are positioned at the first and the second quadrants of rectangular coordinates taking the rotation center of the combing roller 4 as the origin 0, the line parallel to the rotary axis of the spinning rotor 6 as the Y coordinate, and the line connecting the origin 0 with the dust-removing opening 13 connected to the trash box as the X coordinate.
