Summary:PURPOSE:To increase a common action area of magnetic bubbles and to attain easily the high density for a composite element by implanting an ion to an area including a ''Permalloy'' transfer line element and a gap part and excluding a path through which the magnetic bubbles move. CONSTITUTION:For ''Permalloy'' transfer line elements 11 and a gap part 14 formed between the elements 11, a shallow ion implanting area 17 is left in a belt shape between broken lines 16 and 16' as a path through which a magnetic bubble 15 moves by the revolution of an intra-surface rotary magnetic field. At the same time, a deep ion implanting area 18 is formed outside the area 17. As a result, the bubble 15 is repelled at the lines 16 and 16' on the boundary between areas 17 and 18. This prevents a malfunction which affects unnecessarily an attracting magnetic pole produced at the element 11.
