Summary:PURPOSE:To enable each customer to be sufficiently well seen from the tailor side even when a number of islands are installed, by a method wherein vertical parts connected to opposite ends of a horizontal part are respectively mounted for rotation. CONSTITUTION:A titled device consists of a frame body 48, comprising a suspending vertical part 42, a vertical part 45 which is erected on islands on a communicating passage, and a horizontal part 47 which is bridged between the upper end parts of the vertical parts, a pair of conveying belts 68 and 79 which are stretched within the frame body and nip a container there-between, and a driving means which drives the conveying belts in the same direction in synchronism with each other. Further, a circular groove is formed in either the one end of the horizontal part or the one of the vertical parts so that the one end and the other vertical part are rotatable around the one end and the other end of the horizontal part, respectively, and an engaging part, engaging with the groove, is provided on its mating part.
