Summary:PURPOSE:To enable to accurately follow up a motor speed to a set speed value which varies in an aging manner by applying a correction signal to a motor control signal at the accelerating or decelerating time. CONSTITUTION:After speed pulse signals PS, PM are respectively waveform- shaped by waveform shapers 401A, 401B, they are converted by double multipliers 402A, 402B to signals 2fS, 2fM. A speed detector 403 takes the difference of the signal, and outputs a speed difference signal DELTAV. A motor acceleration detector 404 takes the difference of the sequentially inputted signals 2fM, and outputs an acceleration signal (alpha). A correcting amount calculator 405 calculates and outputs a correction amount H by the signal DELTAV and the signal (alpha). A control amount calculator 406 generates a control amount signal TC on the basis of the signal H, and a motor drive circuit 409 adds OFF set signals T+0, T-0 from OFF set circuits 407, 408 to a signal TC, and outputs a motor drive signal Tn.
